Decisions come from a deterministic offline engine
(Docling OCR + approved constants + project profiles).
No VLM, Claude API, or RAG is used in the decision path.
Artefact filenames are derived from the upload filename's stem;
re-uploading a file with the same name as a baseline drawing will
overwrite its artefacts in data/out/.
